General Guidelines
Reservation Policies
- We prefer a minimum of three (3) nights for any reservation.
- A deposit of 20% is preferred to confirm any reservation inclusive of any Special Package.
- We ask that reservations be paid in full if made within two weeks of the arrival date.
- The name of the guests staying on property will be required prior to arrival.
- You may be asked to pay a refundable security deposit on your reservation depending the length of your stay.
Property Guidelines
Accommodation Policies
The maximum capacity of each cottage inclusive of children are:-
• PeaCock – Two (2) Adults and (1) Child.
• Eden Sands – Four (4) Adults and (2) Children.
• Neptune – Six (6) Adults and (3) Children.
Children are considered as age 3 -12 years old.
- The property also has a playpen which can be used for infant accommodation. Should nannies be required we ask that this be requested in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
(Note: There is staff accommodation on property should children only require supervision).
- Each cottage comes with its own Chef/House Manager. Their hours are from 8 am to 5 pm. We ask that you indicate whether you prefer early or late breakfast to minimise any disturbance.
- There is a watchman on premises between the hours of 6pm and 7am each night.
- We do not have a specific check in or check out time but ask that on the day of departure enough time is given to the House Manager to ready the Cottage for the following day.
- No illegal drugs are allowed on the property.
- No smoking is allowed inside the Cottage.
- Service charges are not included in the cost of the rental. We ask that you please tip your housekeeper and security when you are leaving.
- Please lock or secure your villa, apartment or townhouse at night or when no-one is in the villa.
- There is a dog on property (that enhances the security of the property at night). Kindly indicate if you are not a dog person and they will be kept away.
Outdoor Guidelines
Beach Policies
- All swimming in the sea is at the risk of the swimmer. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach, all guests swim at their own risk.
- Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to swim in the sea without adult supervision.
- The Cottage of Eden Sands provides a Paddle Board, a Kayack and snorkel equipment. The use of any of these items, are entirely the risk and responsibility of the guest. Children are not allowed to use the said items without being accompanied or supervised by an adult.
- Life jackets are provided and must be used at all times.
(Note: The recommended times are early mornings and late evenings when the sea is calmest.).
